House Policies

• Check-in time is 2PM
• Check-out time is 11AM
• For the comfort and safety of our guests, no smoking is permitted.
• While guests over 12 years old are welcome, we remind parents that they are
  responsible for the conduct and safety of their children.
• We’re sorry, your favorite pet cannot be accommodated.
• Gift certificates are available.
• Any room rates shown are based on two or more night stay. For a single night’s stay, additional charges apply.
• Our guest rooms accommodate up to two people.
• A full breakfast is served in one sitting each morning at 8:30.
• Rates are subject to a 6% Indiana sales tax and a 5% local Innkeepers tax.
• Private parking for one car per room is guaranteed for Allison House guests.
• Advance deposit in the amount of one night’s stay made by check, or a valid credit card number (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) is required to confirm a reservation.  A valid credit card or cash deposit is required for all reservations.
• Cancellation policy:  We require at least a 14 day notice for a refund of your deposit.  Due to only having five guest rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may either receive a refund of your deposit minus a $15 service charge, or make a reservation for a future date and be charged no service fee.  You may only change your reservation once in order to avoid being charged.  If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, and we are unable to fill the room, no refund will be possible.
